1. Booking and Payments

1.1 The Client agrees to pay 30% of the total value of the booking at the time of reservation to secure participation.
1.2 A reservation is confirmed once the Company has received the down payment.
1.3 If the booking is made sixteen (16) weeks or less before the scheduled start date, full payment (100%) is required.
1.4 All international bank transfer charges must be paid in full by the Client.
1.5 The remaining balance must be paid no later than ten (10) weeks before the start date.
1.6 All necessary account and payment details will be provided with the invoice at the time of booking.
1.7 All payments must be made in Euros (€).

2. Cancellation, Licenses & Visa Requirements

We strongly advise all Clients to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover potential cancellation costs.

Refund policy for fully paid bookings:

• Cancellations made 12 weeks or more before departure: 90% refund.

• Cancellations made 8–11 weeks before departure: 30% refund.

• Cancellations made 5–7 weeks before departure: 20% refund.

• Cancellations made 0–5 weeks before departure: No refund.

• Down payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than six (6) months prior to the start date.

• For private group bookings down payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than eight (8) months prior to the start date.

• In cases of force majeure, payments may be credited towards a future booking within 24 months of the original tour date.

2.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
2.2 The Client is solely responsible for arranging and securing a valid Mongolian visa in advance (ideally 6–8 weeks before travel). Failure to obtain a visa or denial of entry does not entitle the Client to a refund.
2.3 If the Client fails to arrive on the agreed start date/time, Husky Lodge LLC is not obligated to refund any payments.
2.4 Additional transport costs caused by late arrival, early departure, or deviation from the planned itinerary are the responsibility of the Client.

3. Liability, Health & Responsibility

.1 All Clients acknowledge and accept the risks and dangers associated with travel in remote areas of Mongolia. These may include, but are not limited to: difficult terrain, extreme weather, encounters with wild animals, limited medical facilities, physical exertion, and cultural or logistical challenges.
3.2 The Client confirms that he/she is in suitable health to participate. If in doubt, medical advice should be sought prior to travel.
3.3 The Client is responsible for personal belongings and any equipment provided by the Company for the duration of their stay.
3.4 The Client agrees to follow all guidance provided by Husky Lodge staff and to respect local customs, laws, and traditions.
3.5 The Client travels entirely at his/her own risk. Neither the Company, its staff, nor its partners shall be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, accident, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising during the stay, whether caused by the Company, third parties, or circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations).
3.6 If the Client voluntarily leaves before the completion of the stay, or is asked to do so due to failure to comply with Company rules, all liability of the Company ceases immediately. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
3.7 The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, schedules, or activities when necessary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes between the Client and the Company shall fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of Mongolia.

5. Amendments & Modifications

Husky Lodge LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated where applicable.
